I am the owner of Chasemore Development LLC. I have been building for over 30 years and have extensive experience in new home construction as well as remodeling and renovation. I am a state licensed residential contractor and hold a certificate for home inspection. I have a team of vetted subcontractors that I have worked with for many years and pride myself in quality workmanship. Our company has built homes from the Atlanta area to Lake Oconee and Sinclair. In 2019, we shifted our focus and operations to the Milledgeville lake country area. Chasemore Development was inspired by God and family. I am the father of 3 beautiful children and have been married for 25+ years. I look forward to many more years in the construction business!
Project Manager
I first met Chris Evans in 2021 when my wife and I moved to Lake Sinclair to build our forever home. I immediately recognized Chris as an old-school builder — driving an old work truck, wearing a tool belt, and covered in sawdust with a pencil behind his ear. The next day, we discussed my vision for the house, and eight months later, we moved into our beautiful craftsman home. Shortly after, Chris reached out and offered me a role as a project manager at Chasemore Development. I eagerly accepted. Chris truly values his relationships with clients, and if you have a lot and a dream, we’re ready to help bring your vision to life.
Construction Manager
Manny has worked alongside Chris and Chasemore Development for over 20 years. He is the leader of the production team and oversees all on-site management. The combination of Manny’s dedication to each project, commitment to a level of excellence, attention to detail, and his impeccable character make him an invaluable member of this company. He prides himself in building and maintaining strong relationships with project team members, executing goals, and ensuring that projects stay on schedule.
