About Me

MY NAME IS CHris

I am the owner of Chasemore Development LLC. I have been building for over 30 years and have extensive experience in new home construction as well as remodeling and renovation. I am a state licensed residential contractor and hold a certificate for home inspection. I have a team of vetted subcontractors that I have worked with for many years and pride myself in quality workmanship. Our company has built homes from the Atlanta area to Lake Oconee and Sinclair. In 2019, we expanded and have been focused in the Milledgeville/ Lake Country area since. Chasemore Development was inspired by God and family. I am the father of 3 beautiful children and have been married for 25 years. I look forward to many more years in the construction business!
